Cherry Blossom Center is located in the East Portland Community Center just off of Stark Street and is co-located with Immigrant & Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) Senior Services.

Hours and Meal Times: Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM. Lunch is served from 12 PM – 1 PM.
