Meals on Wheels People may list the names of donors in newsletters and other periodic publications and may categorize donors by gift amounts unless they request anonymity. All other information concerning donors (including address, names of beneficiaries, gift amounts, and financial information) will be kept strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law or authorized by a donor.

Your personal information is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. Your personal information is only accessible by employees of our organization who have access to selected databases, which are further protected by ID and password requirements.
Donor Privacy Policy
Meals on Wheels People maintains a strict donor privacy policy. Great care is taken to ensure that donor information is not compromised by unauthorized persons.
Meals on Wheels People follows best practices for securing data. We may share personal information such as your name, postal address, and records of donations with vendors whose data security practices have been vetted and will keep your information private and secure. Examples of vendors include mail houses that help us mail information about our work and services via the U.S. Postal Service. Meals on Wheels People also participates in a marketing service known as a Data Cooperative. Donor information is shared with Data Cooperatives to help nonprofits reach interested supporters while lowering acquisition and mailing costs. These Cooperatives are vetted for privacy practices to ensure donor data is kept safe and secure. How Personal Information is Collected
When you opt-in to our email newsletters, we will ask you to provide your email address and indicate what information you would like to receive. We will, on occasion, transmit information to you at the email address you have provided, regarding news pertinent to the subjects in which you indicated an interest. If you do not wish to receive this information from us, you may unsubscribe by following the link at the end of the newsletter.
