You will receive an email acknowledgement once your application has been submitted online. Please check your junk mail if you do not see the acknowledgement within an hour.

In some cases, a couple of weeks may pass between the date the position is advertised and when applicants are notified if they are invited for an interview.

Benefits

Meals on Wheels People offers a generous, comprehensive benefit package for regular employees working 30+ hours per week that includes:

  • Group insurance: Medical, dental, vision, prescription, life, and disability
  • 401(k) plan with initial 5% company match and an 8% company match after one year
  • Paid time off: 12 vacation days, 12 sick days, 10 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, paid bereavement

All employees receive:

  • Four-day work week (36 hours per week)
  • Paid sick leave
  • Employee lunch program
  • Employee Wellness Program: $150 reimbursement per year
  • Employee Assistance Program: Mental health, physical health, and work-life balance resources
  • Professional Development Program: $200 reimbursement for professional development outside the organization
