Meals on Wheels People offers a generous, comprehensive benefit package for regular employees working 30+ hours per week that includes:
- Group insurance: Medical, dental, vision, prescription, life, and disability
- 401(k) plan with initial 5% company match and an 8% company match after one year
- Paid time off: 12 vacation days, 12 sick days, 10 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, paid bereavement
All employees receive:
- Four-day work week (36 hours per week)
- Paid sick leave
- Employee lunch program
- Employee Wellness Program: $150 reimbursement per year
- Employee Assistance Program: Mental health, physical health, and work-life balance resources
- Professional Development Program: $200 reimbursement for professional development outside the organization
