Welcome to the Meals on Wheels People Board Portal

This is a space to share information and documents.

Board members are invited to visit our congregate dining sites around the area

You are encouraged to do an educational site visit to learn more about what we do every day. You will be able to select a scheduled Center Experience through Volunteer Hub. (Need to set up your Volunteer Hub account? Click here: Volunteer Hub Instructions – Board Members)

The Center Manager will show you around, talk about the program and introduce you to a few of the congregate diners. You can have lunch and then go ride along on a delivery route and meet some of our home bound senior clients.

Site visits will be from 10:30am-12:30pm on weekdays at various centers. Up to two board members per site visit are allowed through the system. If you would like to register a larger group or a customized visit, we are flexible and can accommodate you, just let me know.
